All Master Logger

A Master Logger is a voluntary effort that promotes safety and the use of proper equipment and techniques when working in the woods. The main emphasis of the Master Logger is training. In order to gain certification, loggers must participate in several types of training that include best management practices (BMP) for water quality and erosion control, chainsaw safety and tree felling techniques, as well as CPR and first aid. Re-certification is required every three years in order to maintain Master Logging Company status.
